Unless you order over the weekend or late in the day, your mirror will usually get shipped out same day. We use FedEx Ground Shipping which usually takes 3-5 days depending on where you are located.

While we take every measure in design and packaging to ensure this doesn't happen, sometimes the delivery process can be rough on our mirrors.

If your mirror arrives with any damage or cracks, don't worry about sending it back as doing so can be dangerous. Take pictures of the damage, reach out to us, and then safely dispose of the broken mirror and we will happily send you another one.

Sadly, at this time we do not ship internationally, as we would not be able to bring you the mirrors you love at a price that makes sense for the cost of shipping.

Please note: If you a returning more than two mirrors, we charge a $20 restocking fee for each mirror. (For example if you bought 4 mirrors and wanted to return 3 of them we would subtract $60 from your refund.)
